What Will You Do?

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the system.

Are You a Good Fit?

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Full-time availability dedicated exclusively to our company’s needs.
