What Will You Do?

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each brands
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify audience segments
  • Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and messaging that align with client objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Utilize Facebook’s advanced targeting capabilities to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
  • Segment audiences and tailor ad messaging to effectively communicate with different customer personas.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor spending patterns and adjust budget allocations based on campaign performance and client objectives.
  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Are You a Good Fit?

  • Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results
  • Managed over $100K monthly ad spend in the last 6 months
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in leading a Marketing team is preferred
